Providing and protecting the website
The website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. When you visit, Cloudflare processes technical connection and request data, including IP address, requested resources, time and device or browser information. This supports delivery, stability and protection of the service. The provider is the Cloudflare group, including Cloudflare, Inc. in the United States and related companies.
Where the GDPR applies, necessary website delivery and security rely on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is an available, functional and protected website. We have not configured a separate export of individual request logs for this version. Processing duration at the hosting provider depends on service operation, security purposes, legal obligations and the provider’s applicable terms. More information: Cloudflare privacy information and Cloudflare data processing terms.

Where the GDPR applies, contract-related inquiries rely on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR; other inquiries rely on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR and our interest in handling incoming communications. Providing your details is voluntary. We cannot reply without a reachable contact address. Using the contact link is not consent to advertising.
The mailbox zoltrak.digital@gmail.com uses Google’s Gmail service. Google processes data under the applicable service terms and privacy policy. More information: Google privacy information. Please do not send passwords, payment details or confidential customer data.
Retention of inquiries
Inquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted no later than six months after the communication is completed, unless a legal retention obligation or the necessary protection of legal claims requires otherwise. Contract-related records are kept only as long as needed to perform the contract, meet legal obligations or protect legal claims. Providers apply their own retention criteria to security records and backups.
Processing outside the European Economic Area
Zoltrak operates from Pakistan, where incoming messages are handled. Cloudflare and Google operate international services, which may involve processing outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Information on the safeguards those providers describe is available in Cloudflare data processing terms and Google information on data transfers. These references are not a guarantee that any particular safeguard applies to every processing activity involving this mailbox or a project.

The website does not automatically send your message to AI tools or a development team. If later work needs account access or personal data, purposes, roles, scope, access and any required data protection arrangements must be addressed separately in advance. This website does not provide blanket permission to share customer data.
